The project includes a 2-acre urban central park designed as a community gathering space.

Bolsa Pacific is designed as a pedestrian-oriented community where residents and visitors can walk between homes, shops, restaurants, and parks.
The proposal includes a mix of retail and dining options, including a food hall and small retail spaces. This will provide new dining options, support local entrepreneurship, and create an active neighborhood environment.
Visitor activity & hotel use
A proposed 120-room hotel would bring visitors to Westminster and support nearby restaurants, shops, and businesses.
